Tiffany Reed

Attorney

Tiffany Reed is a passionate and dedicated attorney specializing in federal employment and military law at Capovilla and Williams. She earned her law degree from Florida International University, where she was a Merit Scholarship recipient. Her enthusiasm for federal employment and military law developed during law school, where she co-authored the chapter “Overview of UCMJ Changes” in the “State of Criminal Justice 2022,” published nationally on August 24, 2022.

Tiffany brings a wealth of experience to Capovilla and Williams. Before joining the firm, she worked for the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Worcester, MA, where she litigated cases on behalf of indigent clients. Additionally, she served as a military justice legal intern, assisting in the representation of service members and veterans around the world. In this role, she helped numerous Soldiers, Airmen, Marines, Veterans, and Sailors combat unfounded allegations, navigate separation boards, and prepare for court-martials.

Tiffany now focuses in representing federal government employees facing issues such as discrimination or retaliation claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), disciplinary actions before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and whistleblower protections.

“I have always wanted to be the kind of attorney who stands up for those in need. There are federal employees across this country who are being denied due process or mistreated by the system. I joined Capovilla and Williams to be part of a law firm that advocates for meaningful change, and I want to stand up for those who feel marginalized by the system. I aspire to be a strong advocate for those in need and to make a meaningful difference in my clients’ lives.”
