Mickey Williams, Founding Partner of Capovilla and Williams, praises Denny, stating, “Denny is absolutely dedicated to our clients and to uncovering the truth. His primary role at Capovilla and Williams is to investigate allegations on behalf of our clients because CID, OSI, CGIS, and NCIS typically focus on incriminating individuals, while Denny is committed to finding the truth. He is a significant reason why less than 5 percent of our clients who hire us during the pretrial investigation stage are officially charged in a court-martial. His outstanding work has uncovered evidence that has saved our clients, making him central to our mission. We are fortunate to have him on our team.”
