U.S. v. O-4, United States Army

December 6, 2018

National Capital Region

Army Major is accused of sexual assault and sexual harassment by a female U.S. Air Force Major. The case is investigated by C.I.D. and the U.S. Army Major is given a potentially career-ending General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMOR).  Mr. Freeburg investigates the case and demonstrates that the Air Force Major was fabricating her allegations to cover up for her poor duty performance. Freeburg explains this and drafts a compelling rebuttal to the GOMOR, admitting only that the Client had told some inappropriate jokes.

Case Result

GOMOR is Locally Filed, to be destroyed upon transfer. Major’s Career is saved.
