Joshua S. Huber

Joshua Huber is a former National Guard Regional Defense Counsel and Ohio Army National Guard Senior Trial Defense Counsel with a proven record of exceptional results in high-stakes military criminal defense matters. He brings an extensive background in government contracts and fiscal law, having served as the Deputy Supervisory Contract Specialist for more than 11 years. In this capacity, Josh managed over $10M of military construction projects while serving on multiple procurement and source selection boards as a contract officer with a $5M warrant.
Today, Josh splits time between the firm’s Military Justice and Government Contracts Divisions, representing clients in complex matters with long lasting implications.
A native Floridian, Josh earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School after completing his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Political Science from The Ohio State University. He is a graduate of The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School in Charlottesville, VA, having also completed advanced courses in domestic operations, federal employment, international law, and the contract attorney course.
When not practicing law Josh enjoys fishing, barbecuing, and coaching his sons in soccer and football.
