Founding Partner
Rob Capovilla is widely recognized as one of the nation’s preeminent military defense attorneys. As a former Army JAG Officer, he served as both a prosecutor and defense counsel in hundreds of high-level felony cases involving sexual assault, domestic violence, homicide, and drug-related offenses. Today, Rob handles some of the most high-profile and challenging court-martial and separation board cases in the country, many of which have significant implications on national military justice policy.

Mickey Williams
Founding Partner
Mickey Williams is a former Army Ranger and JAG Officer as well as a decorated combat Veteran with multiple deployments worldwide in the War on Terror. Since entering the private practice of law, he has earned a national reputation for his unwavering commitment to clients as well as his exceptional results in the courtroom. Mickey is routinely recognized for his work on behalf of clients by leading attorney rating organizations such as Super Lawyers and Avvo.

Robby Morris
Partner
Robby Morris is a former Marine Corps Infantryman with multiple combat tours. After earning his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law School, he litigated high-stakes cases in Federal and State courts throughout the country. Today, Robby leads the firm’s Veterans Benefits Division while also playing a pivotal role in serious injury and death cases filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act.

Dan Higgins
Partner
Dan Higgins is a former Army Ranger and Sniper Team Lead with an exceptional record of combat experience over multiple deployments in the War on Terror. Today, he largely focuses his practice on litigating courts-martial and separation boards as well as other cases involving serious misconduct accusations against active service members. Dan has been recognized multiple times as one of the state’s Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine.

Christopher Jones
Attorney
Christopher Jones is a retired Air Force Colonel with a 20-year history of exceptional work in the areas of military and federal employment law. Besides litigating and managing hundreds of military criminal law cases around the world, Chris oversaw employee discipline cases and EEOC investigations for both the United States Air Force, United States Central Command, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Josh Conklin
Attorney
Josh Conklin is a former Non-commissioned Officer in Charge of Trial Defense Services at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia where he assisted in defending hundreds of military service members facing allegations of misconduct or criminal activity. Today, Josh represents clients in general and special courts-martial and separation boards involving charges of sexual assault and harassment, domestic violence, aggravated assault, and drug-related offenses.

Brad Simon
Attorney
Brad Simon is a former Air Force Judge Advocate with an exceptional record of achieving successful results in the most challenging military justice cases. During his time in the JAG Corps, he defended thousands of service members in high-stakes cases involving sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse and pornography, drug-related offenses, and other misconduct allegations under the UCMJ.

Amanda Dominick
Attorney
Amanda Dominick is an attorney in the firm’s Veterans Affairs Practice Group and has worked with over 1,000 Veterans across the country in disability benefits cases. She holds a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and earned her Bachelors degree in Legal Studies from St. John’s University. Amanda’s passion for helping others stems from her father, who was one of the first New York City firefighters at the Towers on 9-11.

Dominic Giordano

Dominic Giordano is a former Marine Corps criminal defense attorney with a reputation for unmatched tenacity that routinely produces exceptional results for his clients. He earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and subsequently completed assignments at Parris Island, SC.

Michael Logan

Michael Logan is an Army National Guard Judge Advocate and former Logistics Officer with extensive experience in both military courts and state criminal courts. A former DI wrestler at Virginia Military Institute, Michael brings an unmatched work ethic to the firm’s cases.

Joshua Huber
Attorney
Joshua Huber served as both Regional Defense Counsel and Senior Defense Counsel in the United States Army before joining the firm’s Military Justice Team. After earning his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, he went on to complete the JAG Basic Course and TDS Counsel Practicum.
Tiffany Reed
Attorney
Tiffany Reed is a passionate and dedicated attorney specializing in federal employment and military law at Capovilla and Williams. She earned her law degree from Florida International University, where she was a Merit Scholarship recipient. Her enthusiasm for federal employment and military law developed during law school, where she co-authored the chapter “Overview of UCMJ Changes” in the “State of Criminal Justice 2022,” published nationally on August 24, 2022.

Matthew Jubelt
Of Counsel
Before becoming Of Counsel to Capovilla & Williams, Matthew began his legal career with a decade of service as an attorney and officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. While in military service, Matthew had duties and assignments throughout the United States and abroad to include service both as a military prosecutor and defense counsel trying criminal cases throughout the United States.

Lupita Albor
Firm Manager
Lupita Albor manages the firm’s day-to-day business operations, including human resources, financial analysis and reporting, benefits management, vendor relations, and technology. She holds a B.A. from Kennesaw State University in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies.

Jeremy Koop
Paralegal
Jeremy Koop is a combat veteran with more than 20 years of service in the United States Army. He brings a powerful combination of formal legal training, hands-on experience – obtained at four of the largest JAG offices in the country – and a passion for helping active service members and veterans in their most important legal matters. Jeremy earned his Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia Southern University.
Libby Kehr
Paralegal
Libby is a retired Non-Commissioned Officer from the United States Air Force and currently serves as the Division Paralegal for our Federal Employment Law Division. She retired from the Air Force as an E-7, having been part of the Air Force’s Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. During her service, Libby held various positions, including First Sergeant, Special Victims’ Paralegal, Military Justice Paralegal, Civil Law Paralegal, Federal Employment Paralegal, and Law Office Superintendent. In her capacity as Law Office Superintendent, she briefed high-level officials, including the Secretary of the Air Force.

She previously served as the Lead VA Benefits Advisor at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska where she provided assistance and benefits support counseling to thousands of transitioning Active Duty Service Members, members of the Reserve Components, and Veterans.
