Claudia is a world-class paralegal dedicated to serving veterans across the country. She began her career in the hospitality industry, where she learned the importance of kindness, patience, and empathy towards everyone she interacted with.
In 2021, Claudia transitioned to a paralegal role, immediately becoming an advocate for veterans nationwide. She managed, organized, and maintained VA appeals on behalf of her clients, supported attorneys in preparing VA claims by reviewing medical documents and military records, and helped submit thousands of VA appeals. Her efforts have also assisted in securing over $1 million in disability benefits for her clients.
At Capovilla and Williams, Claudia serves veterans every day and brings a wealth of experience to her role. More importantly, she is committed to providing exceptional customer service to each of our veterans and is widely regarded as one of the most valuable members of our VA Appeals Team.
